Default Locust Frenzy(my new TA build) -is it viable, you decide

Recently i got high and played gw. I created this sin Using Locust Fury/Frenzy that has a high attack speed. This got me thinking, and I believe this build is viable! (Note- i made on GW Freaks, some skills arent updated, but are currently better in game.)

Locust Frenzy Sin

Assassin/Warrior
Level: 20

Critical Strikes: 14 (11+3)
Dagger Mastery: 13 (11+2)
Shadow Arts: 10 (8+2)

Critical Eye (Critical Strikes)
For 33 seconds, you have an additional 7% chance to land a critical hit when attacking. You gain 1 Energy whenever you score a critical hit.
Energy:5 Cast:0 Recharge:30

Critical Defenses (Critical Strikes)
For 6 seconds, you have 72% chance to block. Critical Defenses refreshes every time you land a critical hit.
Energy:10 Cast:1 Recharge:30

Frenzy (Warrior other)
For 8 seconds, you attack 33% faster but take double damage.
Energy:5 Cast:0 Recharge:4

Locusts' Fury [Elite] (Critical Strikes)
For 33 seconds, you have an additional 33% chance to double strike while using daggers .
Energy:10 Cast:1 Recharge:30

Jagged Strike (Dagger Mastery)
If Jagged Strike hits, your target suffers from Bleeding for 8 seconds.
Energy:5 Cast:0 Recharge:4

Repeating Strike (Dagger Mastery)
Must follow an off-hand attack. If it hits, this attack strikes for +27 damage. If it misses, it takes an additional 15 seconds to recharge.
Energy:5 Cast:0 Recharge:0

Resurrection Signet ()
Resurrect target party member. That party member is returned to life with 100% Health and 25% Energy. You may use this Signet only once per mission.
Energy:0 Cast:3 Recharge:0

Way of Perfection (Shadow Arts)
For 27 seconds, whenever you successfully make a critical hit you gain 30 health.
Energy:5 Cast:1 Recharge:30

Divine Favor: 13 (12+1)
Healing Prayers: 16 (12+4)

Live Vicariously (Healing Prayers)
While you maintain this Enchantment, whenever target ally hits a foe, you gain 18 Health.
Energy:5 Cast:2 Recharge:0

Vigorous Spirit (Healing Prayers)
For 30 seconds, each time target ally attacks or casts a Spell, that ally is healed for 21 points.
Energy:5 Cast:1 Recharge:4

Healing Seed (Healing Prayers)
For 10 seconds, whenever target other ally takes damage, that ally and all adjacent allies gain 32 Health.
Energy:10 Cast:2 Recharge:25

Martyr [Elite] (Monk other)
Transfer all Conditions and their remaining durations from your party members to you.
Energy:5 Cast:1 Recharge:10

Purge Signet (Monk other)
Remove all Hexes and Conditions from target ally. You lose 10 Energy for each Hex and each Condition removed.
Energy:0 Cast:2 Recharge:20

Blessed Signet (Divine Favor)
For each Enchantment you are maintaining, you gain 3 Energy (maximum 21).
Energy:0 Cast:2 Recharge:10

Frenzied Defense (Warrior other)
For 5 seconds, you have a 75% chance to block incoming attacks, but take double damage.
Energy:5 Cast:0 Recharge:10

You really have alot to learn about building a team, such as including disruption, off-monk defense, good monk bars, etc. so I'll just stick to the one core idea.

Your locust guys aren't going to do any damage. Base dagger damage is still pathetic, so you need to put the insane number of hits you're getting to some kind of use. Repeating strike is anti-synergy since locust's double strikes only occur on non-skill attacks. Conjure element is OK, though I think moebius/blossom spam is better for that route. Spamming "fear me" is kindof funny, just be sure you have a snare/speed buff and some way to deal with balth aura bonder trash in your team. In that case you can use flurry which is 100x safer and your base dagger damage reduction doesn't matter much anyway.

one thing never take frenzy without a cancel stance. or your as good as dead.

also if your having single monk, making him healing is a bad idea. a Prot monk with prot spirit is a very good idea.

i'm not quite sure how to put this..

-ok first of all, running a sup and 2 majors on an assassins using frenzy..or maybe by +3 you meant major+headpiece, but 3 majors still isn't better..
-your sins do not have any utility at all, such as a speedboost, disruption, possible enchant removal
-your monk is going to suicide with frenzied, an already horrible skill, but thankfully you forgot to add ps, making it even worse!
-healing sucks
-prot owns
-you actually dont have a direct heal, that means, if your sins can't attack, you die, and so do they.

=> redo your monk.
=> redo your assassins.

sorry, but it's a fail.

QFT. All of the feedback so far is correct, except for the advice to use prot spirit (which is an inferior skill to spirit bond in TA).

If I still played the game, I'd pay 50 plat just to play against this team and watch how fast they'd blow themselves up with 3 assassins under frenzy and a monk under frenzied defense. I considered closing this thread to save face for the OP. To the OP -- if the heat (from continued feedback) gets too much for you, then just PM me with a request to close this thread.

I'd like to be playing a SF ele when those sins try to monk stomp.

QFT. I'd actually pay the most to play this while running 3 SF eles with arcane mimicry + arcane echo and a paragon with elemental attunement.

1.) I would suggest another offhand attack to be able to Repeating Strike.
2.) Another IAS instead of frenzy might be helpful.
3.) Double strikes don't affect repeating strike, so you have to use another elite.

Ok, dude.... don't get me wrong, but this build sucks....
Healer monk, not a good idea...
3 assassins, it could do, but u have no conditions, no dmg, no interupts, nothing..... they will kill your monk first, and then get 1 assa at a time...
Trust me, there are much better builds with 3 assas and a monk....
Keep trying, nobody got it in first atempt
